Switching over to the West Coast - while this New Orleans boy may be skipping the Oyster Beignet Po'Boy (don't serve anything that small and call it a po'boy in my book), Swirls on the Water is throwing down hard with their alcoholic Dole Whip Flights and sweet and spicy Dole Whip Habanero Nachos.
